World Heart Day

Hi all,

For the past two days, when I switch on the television or go through the newspaper, I see there is more news about the heart diseases. Nowadays the risk of heart disease is being increased compared to the olden days.
Cardiologists say, these are mainly due to the increased stress, unhealthy food habits, lack of exercise, high blood pressure, smoking etc. Even people between 20-30 years of age face this risk.
This risk factor also depends on the lifestyle and personality of an individual. People should practice to accept failures or disappointments and learn from them, which is more important than the so called success.
We should accept things as they are (although sometimes we can seek help) and develop a positive attitude, which will certainly reduce the risk of getting heart diseases.

Will meet u soon. :)
